RND Basic File Format

For basic reassigned number checking:
  • CSV format
  • Phone number and consent date columns
  • Batch processing with results file

For full TCPA Authority checking:
  • CSV or delimited format
  • Multiple date formats supported
  • Comprehensive result data

TCPA Authority Plus File Format

Enhanced format with additional fields:
  • Extended data columns
  • Reference ID support
  • Enhanced result fields

File Processing Workflow

Prepare Your File

Format your file according to the specification with phone numbers and consent dates.

Upload the File

Upload via the DNCScrub portal or SFTP.

Processing

Files are processed and results are generated.

Download Results

Retrieve your results file with reassignment status for each number.
